Levi's Curve IDs

Since i can not get myself to start my research paper on Legalizing Mixed Martial Arts in the state of New York, I decided to take a break from stressing (@12:05am) and write on here since i haven't posted in a while.

If you follow me on twitter you all know i went to the Levi's Curve ID event in New York City (Times Square) and surprisingly the customer service was an A+... The sales rep "Ashley" really helped me out in choosing the right pair of Jeans since when I took the quiz online it had categorized me as a  "Supreme" gal--which i have to admit made me a bit sad since i am already self conscious with my lower body; however, once i was measured properly I fell in the "Bold" category. I was given a size 25 and 26 just to compare and i ended up choosing the size 26 since the smaller size were cutting my circulation and were awfully too tight for my liking.

Needless to say, I walked out of Levi's with two pairs of Curve IDs because they're just that great (dark and light wash for those wondering). I've always had trouble finding jeans that would fit my curvy demeanor and not even the super expensive brands would accentuate my curves the way that these Levi's do.

If you guys haven't headed to Levi's to invest in a pair of these jeans i highly recommend you to set some time aside and go and get a pair...DID I MENTION THE PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE?

P.S. I HAVE TO ADMIT I WAS SKEPTICAL WHEN ALL THE BEAUTY GURUS STARTED OBSESSING AND ADVERTISING THEM LIKE CRAZY ON YOUTUBE but they're worth it after all.... and this is my honest opinion!

Hey Dolls,

So I'm about to start getting ready to head over to the Levi's event to check out the hype that's going around YouTube about these jeans. I always have problems finding a nice fitting pairs of jeans as I'm short and CURVY.... =X

I took the Curve ID quiz online and the results came back as SUPREME CURVE...don't know how true it is but I'll shall let you guys now if I got matched exactly to that!!!!

Voluminous million lashes

So I recently got the L'Oreal Million Lashes Mascara from Walgreens to try out since my high end ones are either old or running out... I currently finished the  L'Oreal Extra Collagen Mascara and LOVED ITTTTT (dupe to YSL Faux Cils) and needed a new one... and since I am currently interning somewhere and don't have a mall near I can not return to using my high end brands (my favorites being YSL Faux Cils or MAC Haute or Naughty Lash) until I finish the program. Therefore,  I have to settle for the cheap brands until I return back to the city for good...which by the way i don't mind at all since the drugstore brands are rapidly improving their formulas.

My good friend recommended this mascara.... So i decided to move away from my L'Oreal Extra Collagen Mascara and try this one instead. The Mascara definitely lengthens and add volumes to your lashes creating the full lash effect rather than making them look sparse and thin.

The formula is good and the packaging is tres chic just like the YSL tubes however, I dislike the plastic rubbery wand, i feel like it scratches my upper lash water line ( i don't know the technical word for it) and often makes my eyes feel irritated after applying it but despite the wand the effect it gives is a good enough reason to continue using it.

Below you can find images of the mascara and my lashes to give you all a better idea of how good this mascara makes your lashes look.

Doesn't it look like I am wearing falsies?

New Find!

Hey Dolls,

So on a trip to my grandmother's house i found this old Vintage bag she had laying around in her closet. I really love how old it looks and how chic it would look paired up with a simple outfit, high heels, and a well done make-up job!

When I asked her if I could have it she didn't oppose and handed right to me since I am her on granddaughter ;)

My Latest Obsession!

Hey Dolls,

So I've been recently working in a professional environment in which the attire always consists of suits, pearls, pony tails, high heels, and the same color suits except for those occasional individuals that bring out the purple or white suits and stroll the hallways very poised and confident about their selection...

I have to admit that I hate blending in with the rest of the crowd because in my eyes you go unnoticed so I took it upon my self to add a little bit of  "me" to my daily professional attire selection to feel confident and comfortable... don't get my wrong i love wearing suits and professional garments however there isn't anything wrong with adding a bit of spice to boost yourself up on a daily basis...

the way I've been spicing my days up is by wearing NERDY GLASSES! I've been doing my make-up extremely subtle by applying  foundation, blush, mascara, and filling in my eyebrows (SUPER EASY) but adding the NERDY GLASSES DEFINITELY BALANCES EVERYTHING OUT! .... it not only makes you look intellectual but spurs conversation amongst your colleagues and makes networking easier...at least in my eyes...

::WHAT ARE  YOU THOUGHTS?:::
