Day 3

This article caught my eyes the other day just because i've been sleep deprived lately... usually when the end of the semester approaches everything seems be a huge LOADED rush. It's crazy to think that sleeping less can really lead to a shortened life. Seems to me like everyday scientists and researches come up with various theories in respect to everything that pertains to human life. LOL...

Question: do you get at least 8 hrs of sleep a day?

OOTN-4/30/2010

Every 3 months I have this event at work (Dance Studio) where all the students showcase what they've learn in a period of 3 months. I have to say that I love these kind of occasions because most of my students don't recognize me when i walk through the door and are in awe when they see me because i never put any effort to look so polished at work.

Well this is the look i opted for yesterday... a very neutral face with a pink bright lip... i must say that this has become my  go-to fancy going out look because it's the easiest to accomplish.

Hair: soft waves accomplished with a Conical Wand finished with Garnier hair spray
Eyes: MAC Rice Paper, Cork in the Crease, Bare Escentuals Buxom Liner to create the cat -eyed look, MUFE Smoky lash mascara.
Face: MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC 35 applied with my ever so handy dandy BeautyBlender (LOVE THIS SPONGE), MAC Select MoistureCover concealer in NC30, Smashbox Halo Powder in Medium, Smashbox matte Bronzer to contour, and MAC Instant Chic Blush.
Lips: MAC StyleSetter lip stain and  MAC Pink Nouveau (satin)

Plastic Surgery

Hey guys,

So today i had surgery on my earlobe because it was ripped and there wasn't much skin left to hold up an earring. The procedure took about 30 minutes and the surgeon basically snipped the skin and removed the excess skin and stitched it back up! he did give inject me anesthesia  to numb the area, i could not manage to wonder how painful it would have been to sit there without him numbing the area! A week from now i have to go and get the stitches removed and then re-pierce my ears. YAY! i get to wear diamond studs that won't sit at different positions.

that's all for today!!!!
