I HATE THIS FEELING

This post will not be about make-up or fashion, therefore, if you're not interested you can stop reading.........now... ... ...

Okay,

Lately, or should I say for the past 2 years I've been feeling out of place without guidance on what route to take to reach success or just live a stress-free life. Yes, that's what I want a STRESS FREE LIFE. I feel like every day is a drag of which nothing I enjoy or makes me happy. I had goals right after high school which all vanished in the midst of air--I don't know where they went.

These are a couple of words that explain how I feel on a daily basis

angry
sleepy
tired
unhappy
stressed
fat
ugly
emotional
insecure
hurt
suffocated
low self-esteem
sad
anxious
mental blockage
zombie

What could this be? I just want it to go away!

Hey sweetheart, it sounds to me like you may a vitamin and mineral deficiency. I do not know your nutrition/workout routine but when I started eating clean, cutting out alcohol and working out regularly my hormones and mood balanced out beautifuly.
At the risk of sounding like a sandal wearing tree hugging hippie yoga REALLY helps. Being grateful for the breath you have in your lungs and the beauty that is your life helps too. Try getting a juicer and juicing some fresh veggies, I know this sounds silly but trust me it works.

wow, i am in a same phase right now but honey it's just a phase! i am sure that there are many people around you that love you and will try to make things better for you! Don't lose heart,such things come and go all the time, we are human creatures after all, not robots. I hope the time that I am writing that comment everything seems better! kisses,

I stumbled across your blog from Lollipop 26's. This is the first post of yours I have ever read, but I felt compelled to comment. I can tell you that what you are suffering from is depression. It shouldn't be ignored, because, as you know, it affects everything in your life. Yoga is a good idea, as is a healthy diet, but in reality, what you need is a good trained therapist. Millions of people just like you spend their lives suffering needlessly, when help is just around the corner. Please, talk to a therapist before things get any worse.
